We offer free installation and delivery within Metro Manila. Outside Metro Manila, we provide a quote based on the distance.

Our basic prefab container units are studio-type structures that can be used for rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, etc. The accessories that will be used inside the prefab container units, such as accessories to build a bathroom or kitchen, are not included and are quoted separately. 

refab containers units are considered non-permanent structures and may not require structural building permits for private use. However, different local government units may have varying requirements if utilities such as water or electric meters are to be installed, or if the structure is intended for business or rental purposes.

We currently do not offer permit processing services.

Yes, we sell 40-foot prefab containers units on a per-order minimum order quantity (MOQ) basis.

Yes, we offer Civil Works services.

Yes, we offer site visits. For retail clients (i.e., individuals), site visits are scheduled during the latter part of negotiations. For commercial clients (i.e., companies), site visits can be arranged anytime.

Delivery and trucking charges may be waived or applied depending on the model. Toll fees are already included in the delivery charges, but additional fees such as gate fees will be billed to the customer accordingly.

Building and installation of our prefab structures within Metro Manila are the customer’s responsibility. Prior coordination with fabhouse.com.ph is necessary to ensure proper preparation of the build site.

For basic or simple custom designs such as single or double units or two-floor units, designing services are free of charge. However, for more complex designs that require professional consultation, additional fees will apply.

The responsibility for obtaining heavy equipment, homeowners’ association and/or local government unit permits, and other related clearances or requirements for installation will be borne by the customer.

For installations that require heavy equipment or machinery such as cranes or forklifts, the fees and necessary permits will be the customer’s responsibility.
